I find that CLUTTER also can accumulate in my mind at times. Am i the only one ? I think not! De-cluttering my mind , for me, means taking time for hiking, meditation and prayer. I also declutter my mind by listening to soothing music, dancing around the house and playing with my doggy "Punkin Pie". How do you declutter your mind?
When ones mind is free of negative thoughts, judgement, to-do lists, etc, etc, everything is right with the world. Many people might think one 'uncaring ' or is a 'pushover'. Not the case at all. On the contrary, When your mind is free, you feel whole, without having to add a lot of drama or emotions.
So, today is one of those days for me.
